These terms govern purchases from Boo&Dav, operated by BND Design Your Reality Inc.

Wholesale only. Boo&Dav products are sold to approved retailers for resale in their store. Cards are not sold for personal use, or for resale on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon or eBay) without our written permission.

Suggested retail. A suggested retail price (MSRP) is provided for each design. Retailers are free to set their own retail prices at or above the suggested retail.

Pricing & availability. Prices, designs, and availability may change without notice. Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended for approved retail buyers only.

Payment. Orders placed on this site are payable at checkout. Orders placed through Faire are governed by Faire's terms and payment options.

Shipping & risk of loss. Title and risk of loss pass to the retailer upon shipment. Please see our Shipping & Lead Times policy.

Intellectual property. All illustrations, designs, and text are original works, copyright © 2026 BND Design Your Reality Inc. Retailers may use Boo&Dav-provided product images to market the products they have purchased, but may not reproduce, alter, or use the artwork for any other purpose.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
