Ordering

Do I need a trade account?

Yes, for cards in packs of 6 and bundles. Apply here: we review every shop personally and reply within one business day. The Sample Set is open to anyone.

What are the minimums?

Canadian shops: opening orders $150 CAD, reorders $75 CAD. US shops: opening orders $110 USD, reorders $55 USD. Both are before shipping and tax. Every design is sold in packs of 6.

What does it cost?

Canadian shops pay $24 CAD per pack of 6 ($4 per card); US shops pay $18 USD per pack of 6 ($3 per card). Bundles are 10% less. Suggested retail: $7.99 CAD or $5.99 USD per card.

Can I see the cards first?

Yes. The Sample Set ($25 CAD / $19 USD) has 13 cards plus our printed catalogue, and its cost comes back as a credit on your first Starter order.

How do I pay?

By credit card at secure checkout: Canadian shops in CAD, US shops in USD. Multi-location or larger accounts: email us about invoicing.

Do you sell on Faire?

Boo&Dav is coming soon to Faire.

Shipping

Where are the cards printed and shipped from?

Every card is printed to order close to you. Canadian orders are printed and shipped within Canada, and US orders are printed and shipped within the USA, so there are no cross-border duties or customs delays for your store.

How long until my order ships?

Within 5–7 business days of order confirmation, plus transit. Every order is tracked.

What does shipping cost?

Orders of single designs (packs of 6) over $150 CAD or $110 USD ship free. Bundles, the Sample Set and smaller reorders ship at standard rates, calculated at checkout.

The cards

Are these really hand-drawn?

Yes — every design begins as an original hand drawing by our illustrator. No templates, no AI-generated art, no licensed stock illustration. That's the whole point of Boo&Dav.

Size and packaging?

5 × 7 folded card, A7 envelope, clear cello sleeve, sold in packs of 6.

Can I reorder specific designs?

Yes. Every card has its SKU printed on the back. Use the Reorder by SKU form, or email us your SKUs and pack counts.

Returns & damages

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email hello@booanddav.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos, and we'll replace or refund the affected cards. Because every card is printed to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.
