Ordering

What are your wholesale minimums?

Opening order minimums are kept intentionally approachable for independent retailers. Current minimums and reorder requirements are listed on our wholesale ordering page.

Do you sell on Faire?

Boo&Dav is coming soon to Faire.

How are cards packed?

Each card comes with a coordinating envelope and is individually packaged for retail. Cards are sold in case packs of 6 per design.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from British Columbia, Canada. We ship across Canada and the United States.

How long until my order ships?

In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Larger orders or items requiring production may require additional time. Estimated lead times will be confirmed at the time of order.

Who handles duties for US orders?

Shipping terms and any applicable duties or taxes are confirmed at checkout or when your wholesale order is placed.

The cards

Are these really hand-drawn?

Yes — every design begins as an original hand drawing by our illustrator. No templates, no AI-generated art, no licensed stock illustration. That's the whole point of Boo&Dav.

What size are the cards?

Cards are 5 × 7 inches folded and come with a coordinating envelope.

Can I reorder specific designs?

Yes — every card carries its SKU on the back panel, and our collections stay consistent between print runs. Reorder by SKU by email or through your direct account.

Returns & damages

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email support@booanddav.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a credit for the affected items.
