Returns & Damages

Because each card is printed to order, wholesale orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, email us at booanddav@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will replace or refund the affected cards at no cost to you — there's no need to return damaged cards unless we ask.

Orders placed through Faire are covered by Faire's Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, under which first orders are eligible for return and any damaged, missing, or delayed shipments should be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Seasonal and custom items are final sale.
