Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale orders placed with Boo&Dav, a brand of BND Design Your Reality Inc. (British Columbia, Canada). By placing a wholesale order you agree to the terms below.
1. Wholesale eligibility
Wholesale pricing is available to approved retail businesses purchasing for resale. We review every application personally and may request a business number or resale certificate before opening an account.
2. Minimum orders
Canadian shops: opening order minimum $150 CAD, reorder minimum $75 CAD. US shops: opening order minimum $110 USD, reorder minimum $55 USD. All minimums are before shipping and tax. Single designs are sold in packs of 6; bundles contain exactly what is listed.
3. Pricing
Canadian shops are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD) and US shops in US dollars (USD), at the fixed wholesale prices shown for their country. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping, and are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed applies.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full by credit card at checkout. Multi-location or larger accounts may contact us about invoicing; net terms apply only when arranged in writing. Orders placed through Faire are subject to Faire’s payment terms.
5. Production, shipping & lead times
Every Boo&Dav card is illustrated in Canada and printed to order close to its destination: Canadian orders are printed and shipped within Canada, and US orders are printed and shipped within the USA. Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days of order confirmation. Orders of single designs over $150 CAD or $110 USD ship free; bundles, the Sample Set and smaller reorders ship at the rates shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to the retailer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Damages & shortages
Please inspect your order on arrival. Report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 14 days of delivery, with photos where applicable, to hello@booanddav.com. We will replace verified damaged or defective goods.
7. Returns
Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of verified manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
8. Resale & marketplace policy
Boo&Dav products may be resold through the retailer’s own physical and online store. Reselling on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and similar) is not permitted without our prior written consent. Retailers agree not to alter, repackage, or misrepresent the products or brand.
9. Intellectual property
All illustrations, designs, text, and brand assets are original works © 2026 Boo&Dav / BND Design Your Reality Inc. and are protected by copyright. Purchase of product does not transfer any rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, or used for any purpose without written permission.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended before they enter production or ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
