Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale orders placed with Boo&Dav, a brand of BND Design Your Reality Inc. (British Columbia, Canada). By placing a wholesale order you agree to the terms below.

1. Wholesale eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available to approved retail businesses purchasing for resale. We may request a business number or resale certificate before opening an account.

2. Minimum orders

Opening order minimum: [$150 CAD]. Reorder minimum: [$75 CAD]. Cards are sold in multiples of 6 per design unless otherwise noted. (Please confirm current minimums with us; these may be updated seasonally.)

3. Pricing

All wholesale prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed applies.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full before an order ships unless prior net terms have been arranged in writing. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders placed through Faire are subject to Faire’s payment terms.

5. Production, shipping & lead times

Every Boo&Dav card is illustrated and printed in Canada. In-stock orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for large orders. Title and risk of loss pass to the retailer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Damages & shortages

Please inspect your order on arrival. Report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 14 days of delivery, with photos where applicable, to booanddav@gmail.com. We will replace verified damaged or defective goods.

7. Returns

Wholesale orders are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of verified manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

8. Resale & marketplace policy

Boo&Dav products may be resold through the retailer’s own physical and online store. Reselling on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and similar) is not permitted without our prior written consent. Retailers agree not to alter, repackage, or misrepresent the products or brand.

9. Intellectual property

All illustrations, designs, text, and brand assets are original works © 2026 Boo&Dav / BND Design Your Reality Inc. and are protected by copyright. Purchase of product does not transfer any rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, or used for any purpose without written permission.

10. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or amended before they enter production or ship. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
